Privacy Policy

What we collect

Conversation data: When you use Helix AI, your messages are sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. We do not store conversation history beyond the current session.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and device type. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Rate limiting: We store your IP address temporarily (session only) to enforce a daily limit. This is not logged or retained.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not require account registration
• We do not run advertising networks on this site
